Title: Does feeling tired and fatigue after waking up in the morning makes ghusl compulsory?

Question: I always feel tired and lethargic. I suffer from many physical ailments and anemia almost all the time. So if I feel tired and suffer body pain after waking up in the morning and certain that no wet dream and certain that the discharge is leucorrhoea then in this condition will ghusl become compulsory? Please answer my questions as soon as possible. Pray for me as I suffer from waswasah about ghusl which has made my life miserable.

After awaking if one is sure that one has not discharged semen rather it is the wetness of leucorrhoea then ghusl will not be wajib in this case, it does not make ghusl wajib. However, the dampness of leucorrhoea is impure if smeared with body or clothes then it is mandatory to clean it. The remedy of waswasah is to pay no attention to it.
