(Fatwa: 761/684/M=6/1439)
(1) The said method of ghusl is correct.
(2) The use of soap is not necessary, you may also have ghusl without soap.
(3) It is not necessary three times, if water reaches over the whole body once then it is enough but it is mandatory that no part of the body is left dry; hence it is sunnah and mustahab to pour water thrice.
(4) According to preferable saying the used water is pure hence if used water of body or the foam of soap falls in the bucket then the water of the bucket shall not become impure provided no impurity is mixed with the used water.

If we are taking bath or ghusal and after finishing of it if hands touch with our private part intentionally or unintentionally then do we have to go for ablution again before pray. It seems un-practical as when we complete our bath and making dry our body with towel, our hands may touch with our private part. Sometime if we are in wudu, and we touch our part and see that there is no any drop of urine is present there. In this the wudu becomes invalid due to touching of the hands to the private part? Please respond with hadith reference.
