Once these shares come into my posession, can i sell them immediately if I notice that the price is going down? Is there any minimum time frame that i need to wait before I sell them on moral ground?

If you have purchased and possessed the shares of any lawful company (i.e. you are responsible of its profit and loss) then you can sell them.
