According to Hanfi Fiqh, while performing salah it is not right to see the Holy Quran and recite it while seeing it. If no Hafiz is available to hear, you should memorize properly and then lead taravih confidently. If any error occurs or doubt takes place, confirm it when the salah is over and rectify the mistake in the next rakah.
