Title: Leftover Rakat of fard prayer

Question: My question is that in four Rakah salah if I miss first one or two rakahs behind the imam then should I read Surah Fatiha plus any ayat after imam's salam or only Surah Fatiha will be sufficient.

(Fatwa: 1084/1084/M=11/1436) In the above mentioned case when you would complete your missed rakah after imam turns for salam then you will have to recite Surah Fatiha and any other surah along, it shall not suffice if you only recite Surah Fatiha.
