Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 614/571=L/1429)

No, it is in no way allowed, even if someone proceeds imam his salah will turn invalid.

(2) If he holds microphone to his mouth while praying salah then his salah will become invalid.

(3) The salah will be nullified by picking up the child to take him on his shoulders (if both the hands were used or occurred any thing contrary to salah).
