What is the last point to join rakah in congregation to make that rakah valid? I saw some people joining congregation whilst the Imam has finished his ruku. They quickly do ruku while the Imam is standing for a second after ruku.

(1) The principle of getting rakah in jamah is that the muqtadi after saying takbir-e-tahrimah in the state of qiyam bows and gets the imam in the ruku i.e. he joins the imam in ruku though for a short time, for example, just for one or half a second. And the reality of ruku is that the man at least bows down to the extent that if he extends his hands they will reach to the knees. And when some muqtadi goes in the ruku and bows down after qiyam to the said extent then his ruku shall be complete and when this happens it shall be counted as ruku. Thus, when amuqtadi in the state of qiyam said takbir-e-tahrimah and bowed down for ruku to the extent that if he extends his hands to the knees they could reach up to the knees and the imam still was in the ruku or he was bowing down to the extent that his hands could reach to the knees then the muqtadi shall be deemed to find the rakah. And if the muqtadi bowed down for ruku at a time when the imam had already stood in qiyam and the muqtadi could not join the imam in ruku in any way then the muqtadi shall not be considered to have found the rakah.
