My question is That : In A local Mosque here in our area the Muazzin while Making the call for prayer (Azan) does not cry out the words properly and instead of "Laa Illah ha il lallah" he says "Laa Illah Ha illa Allah" and gives a small pause between Allah and Illa If the Azaan he performed is valid?

Azan is an emblem of Islam. It is imperative to pronounce the words of Azan correctly. You should convince the Muezzin politely to learn the correct pronunciation of Azan; otherwise all the people of the locality will be sinful.
