Title: I want to know to send Islamic mails (Surah n Hadis) is allowed or not because someone has told me that a mufti gave fatwa that when you send mails(islamic)people delete them which is gunah (sin) and also when people without reading delete this type of mail is a sin please tell me is it right to send islamic mails?
