Title: Nikkah for my brother

Question: We were looking for a bride for my younger brother. My mother's younger sister is having a daughter and both the parents decided to get my brother married to her (my mother's younger sister's daughter). They suggested that this marriage is allowed as per Islamic Hadith. Kindly suggest the clear explanation on the same.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 676/557/B=05/1435) It is valid to marry the daughter of one’s khala.
