Title: Marriage and Divorse

Question: I was married 2 years back, my wife loves me but does not respect me and gets angry on me on very small issues and scolds me, when I scold back she cries for full night and does not listen anything and keeps shouting anything, I do not like her nature anymore but I still keep patience for my daughter, sometimes I think to give talaaq but I fear Allah and I do not want to destroy two lives (i.e.my daughter and wife). My family is also very nice to my wife but she hates everyone without reason though she does not tell from mouth. What should I do please guide me am very disturbed for this. If I give talaaq to her it will spoil my daughter’s life and also my wife's life and if I do not leave her it is likely it will spoil my life as my wife's nature is worst. I fear due to her this type of nature one day my family members will also leave me. My father told once that he will give us separate house to leave due to my wife nature but I do not want to leave my parents at their old age when they need my khidmat.

(Fatwa: 153/20/TH=02/1435) When your wife loves you, then you should be satisfied though she respects you less. If she wishes to get separate living, you should arrange it and keep on serving your parents as well. Also, keep on reading out Bahishti Zewar, Fazail Sadaqat etc in your house, it is hoped that it will remove so many problems.
