Question: Is nikah eligible when a woman in menstruation cycle? If yes/no, why and how? Please reply it soon.

(Fatwa: 875/678/H=1434) Haiz (menstruation cycle) is not a hindrance for nikah to be valid. Nikah is valid in haiz as well. However, it is haram to have intercourse while the wife is experiencing menstruation cycle.

Having such strong bonding of love Can a wife view, touch and kiss any body part of her husband. We were coupled four years back and Allah SWT blessed us hugely and terribly more what we expect from Him or request Him. He has blessed us with two beautiful childern. I wear hijab and my husband is a practicing muslim from all aspects ,he tries to dress up according to sunnah, the pajama lifted up from ankels, head covered with cap, sunnah beard at face ,five times prayers in mosque with Jama'at, had been in path of Allah for four month for tableegh-e-din. I am household woman and mostly spend time at home tries to be regular in solat and other teaching of islam and want to live with my husband in Jannah. We are of strictly sunni hanfi of Deoband maslak. Taking all aspects in mind please reply the questions mentioned as 1: and 2: Because in one writings of Hazrat Thanvi (RA) i read that a wife can kiss her husband anywhere she wishes and if she also wish to kiss the parts that are included in satar then she can kiss by placing a piece of garment on that. And some books of Hadith i also read that the prophet of Allah (PBUH) and Hazrat Aysha(RA) used to have bath together in one tub of water. Waiting for reply.
