Title: No one to give Khutbah on Friday

Question: What is the ruling if there is nobody to give sermon on the Friday in a masjid? Should the people sitting there offer regular Zuhr prayer in congregation or what is the ruling in this regard.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 137/119/B=1434) A person who could read a little recites two or four lines from the book of Khutbah it will suffice for Khutbah to be complete and Jumuah salah can be offered thereafter. If only surah fatiha is recited in Khutbah then too it shall be valid. There is no need to offer Zuhr salah.

Q. In our palce, after the eid prayers people use to do musafa by telling idd mubarak and hug each other three time shoulder to shoulder. Q. Assalamuelekum I want to know about Juma ki Nawaz. I am living in Chennai. Earlier I was serving in Indian Air Force. At Air Force Camp it is training centre and there are more than 80 Muslim Trainees, who have been provided One big room for praying Salat. from last 20 yrs they were offering salat of Juma also inside Air Force camp. But All five time prayer is not regular in that room with Imam. These Air force trainees also can not go out of gate for offering salat of juma. Now my question is that whether Juma ki nawaj is farz on them,because due to restriction of Militry Service they can not go out in city and offer Juma salt.What they can offer Juma salat inside the camp or there any restriction according to Shariet and Islam, Or Zohar Nawaz is better for them .I approched the Local Mufti also Who is also from Darululoom Deoband, he says you ask this to Darool uloom Deoband it will be better, So Hazarat it is my request what is Fatwa says for these people, 2429 views
Q. Bismillahirahmanir-raheem ,As-salamualikum.Respected Mufti Saheb.I have a query regarding the Kutba in Juma Namaz.I Live in Kuwait and a Masjid near my residence delivers the Kutba in Urdu. Several people who i know, but they are no alims, say that a Kutba in Juma Namaz has to be compulsorily in Arabic. When In India I have never heard a kutba in any other language. But here in Kuwait we get to hear in, Urdu, English, Malyalum,Filipino and many more languages. Please clear my doubt and shed some light on this issue. ether its allowed or not.
