Tehzeeb means: Orderliness, good manners, civility. You may keep this name for your daughter, it is good name. However, it is advisable to name after the Holy Wives or Holy Daughters of the Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon them all, and after the pious women who have passed earlier such as Khadijah, Kulsum, Umm Habibah etc.
