Title: Could you pls let me know -Is claiming CAR Insurance for repairs permissible in Shriah or not?. Every year I pay RS 10000 as CAR insurance but till now I have not claimed the money when every I use to get the CAR repaired. May Allah reward you for the your services.

If the insurance company is bound to repair as per the rule, you can claim the repair charges. If there is no such rule, you shall not have the right.
