Title: My company provides medical benefit for a couple and two children.Comapany pays insurance premium for all of them.Currently company is providing medical benefit of Rs 5000/- for normal medical treatment and Rs 45,000/- for Hospitalization. Medical insurance also includes interest and gambling, therefore it is neither allowed to partake in it on one?s choice and pay monthly instalments nor receive its profits. If your company itself provides medical profits as well as pays instalments of the insurance, then it is permissible for you to take the benefit.
