Title: Job as internal auditor in an Insurance Company

Question: I am currently working as manager internal audit in a commercial insurance company which deals mainly with general insurance and partly with life and medical business. I am worried if my job and earning from the company for internal audit service is haram or halal as per Islamic Shariah. Kindly suggest me as presently I am looking for change but still didn't get other job.

You are worried about your job and income, it is the sign of your faith. Each believer should worry about it that no haram thing is mixed with his income. The dealing of insurance is based upon interest and gambling hence it is better to avoid working in insurance company and keep on searching any other lawful and halal income source. When you get one, then leave the present job, and keep on doing taubah and istighfar. Also keep on supplicating Allah for pure and halal income source.
