AA, I am living in Australia with my family,we are living in a rent house and the house ower did the 6 months agrement with us we don't konw wether he give notice to leave the house after 6 months or not but if he will give us notice then its very defficult to find place on rent now a days its a big probblem here,people spend 2 or3 months to find a place on rent. please tell me in this circumstances if I take laon and buy a house and after spend three years and sell it again and it gose on its own price or get profit. and i take this money with me to my contry . IS IT CORRECT IN ISLAM TO GIVE INTERST ON LAON IN THIS DIFFICULT SATUATION AND WHEN SELL THIS HOUSE TAKING PROFIT IS CORRECT?

If there is really problem in regard to the house and you fear dishonour in case the house owner gives notice to you. So, in this condition, it will be allowable for you to take loan only as much as necessary to build house in order to protect your honour.
