(Fatwa: 212/212/M=1433) In the question mentioned above, all the property shall be divided into 48 shares; out of which 6 shares shall go to the wife; 16-16 shares shall go to each daughter; 2-2 shares shall go to each brother and 1-1 share to each sister. If the parents of the deceased are alive then the ruling shall be different. In that case, submit the question again. The detail of division is as follows: Detail: Wife: 6x01 = 06 Daughters: 2x16 = 32 Brothers: 4x02 = 08 Sisters: 2x01 = 02 Total 48 shares
