Title: My dad married 3 wives. The first wife is my mother. My mother died in 1984. We have not divided the share of inheritance which is in the name of my mother. We have a commercial property which is in the name of my mother and we all brother are paying the rent to over father for this property. (Fatwa: 1966/1471/D=1431)

(1) The right of heirs was established in the property that was in the possession of mother along with her other belongings. It should be divided according to the shariah as soon as possible. Her legal heirs include her husband, sons and daughters, her father and mother if they are alive. We can tell the share of each heir only after you write us the detail of her heirs.
(2) The property which is in the name of mother if she was its owner too, then it carries the same ruling as of the above answer1. And all the heirs will get their shares in the rent. And if she was not its owner, then write the correct situation of that property i.e. how it was transferred in her name?
