Title: My question is whether we can read books like " In the Shade of Quran" by Syed Qutub or books like "Surah Kahf and the Modern Age

Question: My question is whether we can read books like " In the Shade of Quran" by Syed Qutub or books like "Surah Kahf and the Modern Age" by Imran Hosein Nazar from Malaysia and other books like these? I have checked with few Ulama here in Hyderabad and they said no. but I would like to know the same from Darul Ifta.

(Fatwa: 445/371/B=1433) The ideologies and concepts of Sayyid Qutub were diverted from the majority of Ulama, hence one should avoid reading his book "In the Shade of Quran". We do not know the belief and ideology of Imran Hosein Nazr. Also we have not seen his book "Surah Kahf and the Modern Age". Hence we cannot say any thing about his book.
