    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

Though, the housemaid is married, but you are non-Mahram to each other. It will not be allowed to ask her to massage your body. The medical doctors and Hakims can see and touch the body of opposite sexes in exigent situations. The housemaid is not your physician i.e. she is not a qualified doctor; therefore it is not allowed to take her as doctor. This act of yours is not right; you must not get your body massaged by her.
