    (Fatwa: 1505/1262=L/1429)

     

    (1) No, she can not apply.

    (2) After she cuts her hair, a cloth can touch her face.

    (3)  It is mentioned in Hadith that while seeing at Kabah the dua is accepted. This is not related to only the first look, rather one can keep on praying as long as he or she holds his look at the Kabah, the duas shall be granted in-shaAllah.
