(Fatwa: 1250/1262/N=11/1437)

If it is Hajj-e-Badal or Umrah-Badal then it may be done only on behalf of one person, not many. And if someone wants to do isal-e-sawab of his/her Hajj or Umrah then he/she may do isal-e-sawab to as many people he/she wishes from his/her Hajj and Umrah. (al-Durr al-Mukhtar & Radd al-Muhtar, Kitab al-Hajj, Bab al-Hajj An al-Ghair, 4: 28-30, pub. Maktaba Zakaria Deoband).

I have digestive problem as such my wazoo breaks frequetly, i am not able to hold it for long , alongwith with i have got peshab ka katra girne ka problem.... a) As i am working in india and many a time i often have to pray two to three time namaz along with isha prayer at night can i perform with one wazuu? Q. Honorable & Respected Ulema E community, I am an Indian from Bangalore, Now working in Saudi Arabia. I would like to know if it is permissible and can I perform umraah during the time of Haj, I mean I will have holidays from the 09-12-1431H to 13-12-1431H (15-11-2010 to 19-11-2010). If we go with Umrah Group, they stop at Meeqat for Ahram, but if we go by public transport from Riyadh to Makkah. They do not stop at Meeqat. In such case, what should we do?
