    Title: Dear sir, i want to know that my mother who is around 60 years of age is going to Haj pilgrimage this year along with her sister (My khala). Both these ladies (My mother and khala) are going with my khala's son-in-law and her daughter please tell me that such type of pilgrimage has been allowed by islam. plz tell me as soon as possible. i am waiting for your quick response.

    The son-in-law of your khala (sister of your mother) is not a mahram for your mother, it is unlawful to go for hajj with him, she will be sinful. However, if she goes and performs hajj, the hajj will be valid but makrooh.
