Question: If a woman separates from her husband for a valid reason what custody rights does she have on her daughter who has reached maturity?

(Fatwa: 141/104/D=1434) After the girl turns adult her custody goes to her father hence the father has the right to keep her with him, but he does not have the right to stop her to go to meet her mother occasionally. The mother also has right to meet her at times. After her marriage, the girl shall be free to visit her mother and father with the permission of her husband.
