Read يا أرحم الراحمين extensively. In-shaAllah, you shall succeed in your exam. Similarly, read the below dua extensively:

رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْماً

رَبِّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
