Divert the mind to other things when dirty things come to your mind, do not get yourself lost in the thoughts. Get yourself engaged with full attention in performing the constituents of salah; since the Satan gets hold due to negligence. Recite much durood and keep on praying:

رب اعوذبک من ھمزات الشیاطین و اعوذبک رب ان یحضرون

اللھم اجعل وساوس قلبی خشیتک و ذکرک واجعل ھمتی وھوای فیما تحب و ترضی
