    (Fatwa: 539/539=M/1430)

    (1) While doing purdah, a woman should cover her face too.

    (2) Recite the below mentioned dua on jaggery and give her to eat, or write on paper, get it wrapped in a peace of cloth and tie it in the left thigh of woman, and untie it once it is done. In-shaAllah, it will cause easiness.

    (3) There should be distance of four fingers between the feet.

    (4) In Shariah compliant halalah, it is necessary that the new husband has intercourse, but it is not necessary to live with him for a month or for year. The correct way of halalah is that the divorced woman marries a man, and her new husband has intercourse with her and gives her Talaq on his own wish or he dies. In both the cases, she can marry her former husband after sitting in iddah period.
