Title: Madhhab

Question: A few weeks before, one of my hall-mate asked me that why I say Eid prayer with additional 6 takbirs instead of 12? Did the holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) say a particular prayer/amal in different ways? Why the way of doing the same amal in different madhhab is different, there should be only one method of practicing prayer, and so why we follow madhhab etc? Please inform me the answers of these confusing questions of Ahl Hadith people. Please answer with references.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 380/300/B=1434) The hadith of 12 takbir is weak while the hadith of 6 takbir is strong. Ahnaf follow strong hadith. If you want to know more about it, you should study E’la al-Sunan and Bazlul Majhood.

Q. Today in our local masjid there was an issue raised by the imam, who is from a barelwi thought of school... he was arguing that "Every person performing namaz behind him should sit during the iqamat & should only stand up when 'haiyya-lassalah' is called." is it correct...? is there any hadis regarding this. Dr. Warsi told I got scared that question was pre-prepared, then Dr. warsi asked the same question to Dr. Zakir naik and Dr. Warsi he himself answered (he read the line from Gurugranth publicly, as Allah also given him too much knowledge), after that he asked Dr. Zakir naik that I will ask you another Question that, Dr. Warsi Asked ?Gurugranth me Allah ka naam 2nd time khaa ayaa aur kyu ayaa.? After listing this question Dr. Zakir Naik get scared and told will meet later, Dr. Warsi again answered. Then He called Dr. Warsi to his office (in Mumbai) after meeting,Dr. Zakir Naik asked to whom you follow, Dr. warsi told I am mureed of Imam Ghazali. Dr. Zakir Naik told who is Imam Ghazali. Dr. warsi told him he is your father and left his office. 9. I want to ask you he don?t follow Imam Ghazali, which maslak he is from. Please meraa jawaab(Answer) kitaab(book) ke hawaale ke saath dena. Meraa matalab hai ki jawaab ke baaju me hawaale kaa naam bhi likh denaa, mujhe public ko dikhana hai. Q. I have had regular arguments with the Bidati firqa for addressing Nabi-e-Kareem Sallallahu Alaihiwasallam by saying "YA NABI" or "YA RASOOL". When I tell them that only Allah SWT is everywhere and only Allah SWT can be addressed by "YA" they argue that even Rasool-e-Akram Sallallahu Alaihiwasallam is "Haazir & Naazir" and even he can be addressed as "YA NABI" or "YA RASOOL". Q. Why do you follow the preachings of Ashraf Ali Thanvi when he is proved to be a Kafir by ALA Hazrat and other Maulana's from Makkah and Madeena? His books Risaalahe-Al-Imdad, Hifzul Imaan etc clearly is a proof that is a Kafir! Q. I have heard that janab Moulana Rasheed Ahmed Gangohi mentioned in Fatawa-e rashdia that: 1. it is possible that Allah (azzawajalla) can speak a lie (astaghfirullah). 2. Its permissible to eat holy and diwali sweets sent by hindus( in diwali they keep the sweets in front of idols and people tell that its mixed with cow urine.)
