When the new converts have become firm in their belief, they are loyal to Islam in true sense and they are satisfactory as per their moral character and education, so it is lawful to marry with them. Likewise, if they learn the rulings of salah well, recite the Quran correctly and shun major sins, you can offer salah behind them. As the Quran said: ?Surely the noblest of you, in Allah?s sight, is the one who is most pious of you.? (49:13)
