Question: As I pray daily 5 times salah in my office dressing, but my dressing is like T-Shirts, half sleeves etc. and also I will be putting perfumes which is containing alcoholic liquid. Can I do salah with these things?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 550/551/M=1433) Keep a kurta of full sleeves for salah as it is makrooh to offer salah wearing T-shirt or half sleeves. If the perfume is free from impure things then there is no harm in applying it. Your salah shall be right if you apply it and offer salah, but if you have any doubt then it is better to avoid.
