Banks are based on interest. If you are already aware of their intention, it will be makrooh (undesirable) to give your office on rent to them; since it is helping in sin. Yes, if anyone took a building on rent and later established a bank over there then the owner will not be sinful.
فی المبسوط: لا بأس ان یواجر المسلم داراً من الذمی یسکنھا فان شرب فیھا الخمر او عبد فیھا الصلیب او ادخل فیھا الخنازیر لم یلحق للمسلم اثم فی شئ من ذلک لانہ لم یواجرھا لذلک والمعصیۃ فی فعل المستاجر دون قصد الدار فلا اثم علی رب الدار فی ذلک (المبسوط للسرخسی: 16/43، باب الاجارۃ الفاسدۃ)
You can rent the office to any Islamic bank or Islamic branch of any traditional bank if they are operating on Islamic principles.
